When I was 40 I thought I knew how to walk. Then I started some Tai Chi classes.

I did not know how to walk.

It wasn't just the "Tai Chi gait" that I needed, I just needed to be more aware. The classes fell by the wayside, but some things did stick. I can honestly say that the classes have saved me from serious injuries when I trip or fall (which I do). You're probably sitting in your car wrong while driving too, I was.

Timely article for me as I'll soon be rehabilitating after some nasty surgery.

@thomasfuchs@hachyderm.io I've been enjoying that arc. I don't follow much current opinion on the show because I know heads must be exploding by the "Trek ain't supposed to be woke" crowd. Good god people, there's a cadet from Charon (one side white, one side black for those who don't remember the planet name).

That episode was so freakin woke.

I wish these arcs/characters had been around when I was in high school in the 70s. I had some gay friends who would have really benefited from seeing Paul and Hugh as a living functioning accepted couple.
