LIttle update to https://projects.blakeshall.com/bike-ped/

- Simple hide/show button for the filters on mobile

- general styling tweaks

Currently working on the heatmap. I've got it working, but I'm not really sure it has much value. May need to tweak settings like giving more weight to crashes where multiple people were injured or hit and runs.
