Being plural and having a pregnant fiancee who is part of the same system is wild. In simplistic terms, it's essentially like we are both pregnant, so we both feel the changes etc, including the hormonal ups and downs. In the last 10 minutes we have both cried about turkeys....and then laughed about the fact we both cried about turkeys😂💀

There is much to be joyful about today. Expecting a baby with my fiancee, adoring and being adored by my husband and my wife-to-be, cooler weather, snacks, the fact it's a weekend, making consistent strides with mental and physical health things, house is feeling more like a home due to redecorating, upcoming events to look forward to, brain fog low, and my system is growing and system-mates stepping into their own.

It is definitely important(and amazing)to get to a place in your mental health journey where you can identify your triggers. It takes work to get to that place. It is not however, the end of the work. Learning how to manage your emotional responses in a healthy way is also part of the work(not just for you, but for those around you). Keep going, keep building your toolbox, keep using it.
